This position may be required to access and administer medications withintheir scope of practice and according to state law.The Radiology Physician Assistant:1. Provides care for patients in general, fast-paced, SDU and ICU settings.2. Performs a variety of procedures under the diagnostic radiology service using image guidance.3. Is responsible for taking consults and evaluating patients for potential procedures.4. Ordering appropriate diagnostic studies, synthesizing information and making informed clinical decisions.5. Developing appropriate care plans which are communicated with patients and family members6. Responding to patient, family and caregiver needs.
