The Division of General Surgery, Surgical ICU is looking for an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) who is a patient focused, self-motivated provider who has the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Our APCs are valued members of our teams and work collaboratively with their physicians as well as independently. We expect excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. In addition to working in a world class institution with excellent benefits, there is ongoing education with weekly Grand Rounds, practice standards guided by evidence based research, and opportunities for project and research involvement.Job Summary:The APC in the Division of General Surgery, Surgical Intensive Care Unit provides care to critically ill patients most of whom are post op or trauma patients.
