The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Job Description

The Sales Operations and Strategic Project Manager serves as a partner to Craft Education's Head of Sales and Revenue (Growth) by driving key business initiatives that originate from their office. They play a central role in the successful delivery of projects, processes and systems that create tangible outcomes for the Sales and Revenue (Growth) Team.

The Sales Operations and Strategic Project Manager will co-own Sales Operations and be an extension of the Head of Growth, advancing both corporate- and team-level KPIs by designing and driving workstreams while mobilizing key stakeholders and executive level decision makers.

The Sales Operations and Strategic Project Manager leads large scale projects including design and implementation of sales operations, sales strategy, customer discovery, go-to-market and marketing. This role is a standalone owner and leader of projects and initiatives in an ambiguous environment with shifting priorities. They are expected to bring excellent business judgment to drive outcomes by collaborating productively with colleagues and senior leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

• Leads planning and delivery of high-impact and high-visibility projects in Craft's Sales and Revenue Department, managing colleagues, consultants, and/or contractors to deliver tangible results.
