Kanaan Communications, LLC Project Coordinator in Salt Lake City, Utah

A national leader in the telecommunications field is hiring for a Project Coordinator responsible for managing all operations in accordance with the customer and industry specifications. The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator will be to work alongside our MDU Manager and help keep track of multiple construction projects. The Coordinator will need to keep our customer updated with start dates, completion dates and where builders are during construction.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Data entry of all steps in the process from beginning to end to provide timely updates.

  • Customer contact via phone and email to deal with concerns and inquiries.

  • Ability to problem solve and willingness to ask for assistance in order to assure timely

    completion of drop bury process.

  • Corresponding with customers representatives to solve job issues, update progress, and for follow up on job completion.

  • Coordinate with Manager and Customer for access issues.

  • Coordinate with reading maps and interpreting drawings.

  • Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as invoicing, preparation

    of payroll, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, etc.

  • Coordinate with local subcontractor leads/foreman to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time.

    Qualifications include:
