Job Title: Production Specialist 1 - Graveyard Shift

Job Description

As a Production Specialist 1, you will manufacture data servers for a well-known, large distribution company. This is a stable, long-term opportunity in a clean, mostly temperature-controlled, metal-free facility. You will be required to wear composite shoes starting from Day 1. The role involves working in various positions throughout the facility, including warehouse, assembly, and testing. The shift is 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday, 9:30 pm-6 am or 10 pm-6:30 am), with training on the 2nd shift for the first week.

Responsibilities

• Receive products, remove packaging, and break down boxes using a corrugator.

• Label products and place them in proper bins for the 'supermarket'.

• Utilize scanners and computers, including Excel, with training provided for specific tasks.

• Work in 9 specific stations on the assembly line, using an electric screwdriver for repetitive tasks.

• Rotate stations and learn different parts of the assembly process to qualify for pay increases.

• Assemble racks using an electric screwdriver and label/place cables as per work instructions.

• Be comfortable moving into different roles throughout the facility as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
