Fluidra is seeking a Product Manager to join our team onsite, located at either of our office s in Carlsbad, CA or West Valley City, UT.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our fire & water feature portfolio and other specialty products. This role involves market research, product planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our products meet customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management principles, a passion for the pool industry, and a track record of successful product launches. Additionally, you will:

Strategy & Research:

• Establish key customer insights and represent the Voice of the Customer through qualitative and quantitative research.

• Be an expert in the market relative to competition, trends, and share position.

• Build a comprehensive understanding of our channels, customers, and policies to drive growth.

Product Roads, Need-Gaps, & Competition:

• Track competitive products, promotions, pricing, technologies, and channel policies.

• Develop business plans and product development documents to guide NPD process.

• Define, manage, and communicate a 3–5-year product roadmap based on user research and feedback.

• Assess technologies, trends, processes, and market adjacencies.

Product Marketing & Launches:

• Lead commercialization and go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

• Develop comprehensive marketing launch plans and support digital marketing efforts.

• Assist in developing literature, collateral materials, and technical writing.

• Support related tradeshows, customer events, and sales meetings.

• Brief and train Sales, Customer Service, and Service personnel.

Finance, Profit, & Analytics:

• Analyze business results and sell-thru trends by product family and channel.

• Understand market pricing, costs, and margin profit to meet revenue and profitability goals.

• Conduct market size and share analysis to establish market trends.

Cross Functional Collaboration & Sustaining:

• Work closely with Sales, Service, Engineering, Tech Support, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance.

• Oversee coordination of communications, quality, and product development responsibilities.

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning.

Supply Chain & Operations:

• Participate in demand planning and supply chain meetings.

• Project annual demand plans and align with operations for growth and capacity planning.

• Ensure alignment of stocking strategies for distribution and key accounts.

WHAT WE SEEK

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or product marketing.

  • Strong presentation skills and experience with PowerPoint.

  • Experience with residential pools or spas is a plus.

  • Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direct supervision.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with new product development methodologies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with ERP software systems, and collaborative sharing tools.

    EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus

    Expected salary range is $ 110,000 – 140,000 . Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
