Shift / Hours: 6pm to 6am / NIGHT shift

Location: Salt Lake City

What You'll Do:

• Mix & Measure: Accurately prepare ingredients to ensure delicious, high quality baked goods every batch.
• Operate Equipment: Safely run, clean, and perform minor maintenance/corrections on machinery.
• Ensure Quality: Follow strict food safety and GMP guidelines.
• Material Management: Handle bulk ingredients and complete batching documentation.
• Collaborate: Work effectively as part of a supportive team.

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing or production experience required.
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) facility experience preferred, especially in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industries
• Familiarity with ERP systems and basic machinery operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in both cold and warm environments.
• Detail-oriented team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
