Essential Functions and Responsibilities: * Analyzes existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. * Uses data and metrics to evaluate process performance and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement. * Develops and implements process improvement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. * Leads process optimization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. * Develops project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and manages resources effectively. * Coordinates with process owners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. * Works closely with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, understand needs, and gain buy-in for process improvement initiatives. * Acts as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. * Collects and analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. * Utilizes process mapping, statistical analysis, and other tools to support process optimization efforts. * Prepares reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. * Develops and maintains process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions. * Ensures that all process changes are documented and standardized where appropriate. * Monitors and updates documentation regularly to reflect process changes and improvements. * Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices, methodologies, and tools for process optimization. * Remains current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to process improvement. * Provides training and support to employees on process improvement methodologies and tools.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: * Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies. Including an understanding of statistics and statistical analysis techniques associated with continuous improvement. * Working knowledge/proficiency in project management processes and principles. * Problem solving skills with the ability to investigate appropriate resources and involve partners when appropriate. Future oriented and focuses on what is important to solve the problem. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with others in a considerate, respectful, and unbiased manner. Approaches conflict proactively. Solicits and shares feedback openly. Listens with empathy and maintains composure. * Inherent adaptability with the ability to navigate ambiguity with ease.
