Performs design, testing, and documentation for new (RandD) and existing (Mfg.) electrical and mechanical hardware including new products, manufacturing engineering, and repair of related devices. Maintains ISO-9000 quality system and general plant facility.

Your Impact

Process Engineer: Sustains manufacturing-engineering functions to maintain a high standard of product quality and process efficiency. Responsible for resolving manufacturing issues that affect product quality and productivity. * Perform validations of new and existing designs and processes. * Address manufacturing requirements such as equipment / tools, documentation and training needs. * Investigate and report on product and/or process failures that occur in-house or out of house. Quality Coordinator: Administrator of Motion Control's ISO-9000 Quality System. * Maintain and control company ISO Quality Manuals. Responsible for amending and issuing quality manuals to the appropriate department heads. * Coordinates Internal Quality Audits and MRC meetings and is responsible for generating reports and meeting minutes. * Direct quality system responsibilities include: Non-Conformance, Corrective Action, Equipment Calibration, Internal Quality Audits, and Vendor Approvals. * Responsible for facility maintenance such as coordinating with janitors, heating and air-conditioning, security system and all other general facility duties. * Safety Coordinator: Responsible for general plant safety. * Participates in DRM (Design Review Meetings) and assists RandD (Research and Development) in product development tasks such as, PCB and schematic layout, validation, Field Trial programs, Documentation and general research. * Works with other division staff to aid with customer complaints or service requests in a timely, courteous, and satisfactory manner. * Performs related duties as required or assigned. * Performs essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
