Fluidra's looking for a Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Enter customer orders in Navision and our web configurator.

• Ensure orders are entered accurately and on time.

• Work with sales staff on special buy programs, ensuring terms, discounts and request dates are entered appropriately.

• Coordinate shipping methods and dates with production planning.

• Provide support to sales staff and dealers with order entry requirements and specifications.

• Provide pricing, product availability, order status, and answers to general product questions.

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and chat for both internal and external customers, which includes sales staff, manufacturing, dealers and distributors.

  WHAT WE SEEK

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Capacity to learn new software systems.

• Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.

• Approachable, professional, positive attitude that leads to the creation of effective relationships with internal and external customers.
