Our North American In Process & Environmental group is searching for an experienced Materials Coordinator to support our location in Salt Lake City, UT. The successful candidate will be able to perform shipping, receiving and material control functions, independently, with minimal supervision.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Packages, stores and preserves materials (including cycle counts). ("Warehouse Management")
  • Verifies accuracy of products and shipping documentation when receiving material. ("Receiving Material")
  • Maintain quality requirements during receiving inspections. Ensure that goods received match drawings within approved tolerances.
  • Pick up Packages. Prepares packing lists for shipment of systems. ("Systems Shipment")
  • Pick up mail from designated areas and performs standard shipping duties within regulatory guidelines (e.g., hazardous material, Electro-static discharge packaging, etc.) and utilizing FedEx/UPS, as applicable. ("Standard Shipping")
  • Supports manufacturing by pull parts for production/Network jobs.
  • Performs routine facility maintenance when needed
  • Performs SAP inventory control
  • Secure building for closing and departure

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Requires general knowledge of warehousing, shipping and receiving, as well as scheduling, processing and tracking work orders in a computerized manufacturing environment.
  • Good PC and communication skills.
  • Able to track and adjust priorities with attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
