Maverik's Spring Intern Program is designed to provide a structured learning experience, equipping interns with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career. The internship will run from March 2025-June 2025, with a commitment of up to 30 hours per week. This opportunity is exclusively available to full-time students currently enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university.

As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the team’s efforts in system organization and security role testing.

Summary of Internship Project:

Contributing to the cleanup of Document Manager and testing new security roles within UKG systems.

Throughout this internship, you will achieve the following:

  • Gaining critical thinking experience through system testing and document management.

  • Learning how to organize large sets of data and improve business processes.

  • Contributing to the testing and validation of new security roles in the UAT environment.

In this internship, you will work towards:

Supporting the team by:

  • Cleaning up and refiled documents within the Document Manager, improving data organization.

  • Building and testing new security roles in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment.

  • Assisting in automating and validating security processes for new roles.

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic understanding of document management systems and IT systems (a plus).

Qualifications:

  • A full-time college student that has completed their sophomore year by the beginning of the internship

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university seeking a degree related to the position

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn about supply chains and vendor management

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

  • Works effectively and cooperatively with others
