Position Overview:
We are hiring for two roles: Retail Representative and Guest Services Representative. During the interview process, candidates will be considered for both roles, and successful applicants will be offered one position based on their strengths and team needs. All team members are cross-trained in both areas, offering flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to contribute across both areas.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests, ensuring they have a positive experience.
Sell admission tickets, memberships, and gift shop items with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide helpful information about the garden, events, and memberships.
Help maintain a clean and inviting space in both the lobby and gift shop.
Work with your team to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
