Facilities Maintenance Technician - Weekly Pay!!

Job Description

I am seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for operating, maintaining, and supporting a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Your daily tasks will include scheduling and performing all related activities and associated projects in compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. You will be expected to conduct regular inspections, perform preventative maintenance for facilities, equipment, and systems, and maintain logs and records. Your role will also involve operating and maintaining the central utilities plant for the site and responding to service calls during and after regular working hours. Please note that working during scheduled plant shutdown days is also part of the job.

Ideal Candidate

Must Haves at least 1 year in these areas:

• Having worked at a large industrial, production, manufacturing, grocery store, hospital, medical device, food service manufacturing maintenance area

• HVAC

• General Maintenance Experiences with either Healthcare, Medical Device and\or BIG Industrial Buildings

• Plumbing

• Computer literacy

Hard Skills

• Facilities maintenance

• Electrical

• HVAC

• Plumbing

• Computer literacy

• Experience in operating and maintaining the central utilities plant

• Experience in maintaining logs and records

Soft Skills

• Ability to respond to service calls during and after regular working hours

• Ability to troubleshoot and complete in-house repairs

• Ability to coordinate outside contractor support as necessary

• Commitment to working during scheduled plant shutdown days

Shift/Pay

• Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sun, every other Thurs 5:30am-6pm ($31-33)

• Weekend Night Shift: Friday-Sun, every other Thurs 5:30pm-6:00am ($31-33)

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Work Environment

You will be working across several different buildings and sites. Your first day will always be at our main site, with the possibility of being assigned to other locations thereafter. No certifications or medical requirements are necessary for this role.
