Job Overview

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Komatsu West leadership teams and various corporate departments. In this role you will manage the office and reception, coordinate meetings, assist VP’s with expenses and travel, assist with the management of the CRM system and other various projects.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assist visiting and in house VPs with administrative tasks, including expense reports and scheduling meetings

  • Assist training department and various corporate departments with administrative tasks

  • Coordinate events, meetings and trainings, including room coordination and lunches

  • Coordinate training for new hires, maintain training records for the technical training group, including managing users in Komatsu Academy.

  • Assist with the CRM system, working with the Sales Management team to ensure system is accurate

  • Coordinate building repairs and manage the ordering of supplies

  • Manage ordering of branded material for Komatsu West

  • Manage reception and their projects and tasks

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to solve problems & take initiative.

  • Outstanding time management skills, with proven ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities effectively.

  • Attention to detail.

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, CRM experience preferred.
