Job Title: Document Control SpecialistJob Description

The Document Control Specialist will support the internal compliance team by verifying the legality of documentation provided by vendors and other partners. This role involves reviewing vendor documentation, managing email communication, data entry, and using Oracle processes. The specialist will handle both physical and digital forms, ensuring the authenticity of documents such as IDs, certificates, and business records by comparing them to official records and databases. They will identify any discrepancies and ensure accurate maintenance of project working files and final records.

Work Environment

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, on-site Monday-Friday. Working hours are 8am to 5pm. The team is small, consisting of 5-10 people.
