Job Opportunity: Fraud Support Specialist

Office Location: Draper, Utah

Compensation: $20hr

In this role, you will:

• Protect customer accounts by identifying and responding to potential fraud

• Communicate professionally with customers, merchants, and financial institutions

• Investigate and document suspicious activity to ensure compliance and prevent losses

• Collaborate with your team to enhance processes and improve fraud detection efficiency

• Make decisions to escalate risky accounts and secure compromised accounts

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1-2 years of experience in fraud prevention or investigations

• Strong customer service skills and a keen eye for detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience in a financial services environment
