We are seeking a Community Impact Specialist for th e Making a Difference Foundation .

The Making a Difference Foundation is a corporate sponsored not-for-profit foundation created by CHG Healthcare in 201 7 . The Making a Difference Foundation exists to ignite and support the volunteer passions of CHG Healthcare employees and medical providers in their communities and around the world. In addition, w e also provide financial support to nonprofit organizations who give humanitarian relief in times of natural disasters, conflict, and other hardships.

The main ways the foundation brings this mission to life is through grant management and facilitating the participation of healthcare providers on medical missions, both nationally and internationally. This position works closely with CHG's community impact team by managing and implementing grant progra ms which supports our corporate focus on volunteerism.

The Making a Difference Foundation staff are part of CHG's Culture Division and employees of CHG Healthcare . The Culture Division is key in creating exceptional employee experience from recruitment to retirement by partnering with, supporting, and developing CHG's people, culture and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Research and vet funding requests and nonprofits through charity evaluator tools

  • C oordinate and oversee assigned programs , ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • I mplement program s , work plans, and evaluation frameworks.

  • G ather data to inform program development and improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare reports on program progress & outcomes .

  • Prepare documents for critical partner meetings

  • Coordinate with payroll and other stakeholder s to allocate fund transfers in a timeline manner.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

  • Identify and address program risks, issues, and barriers, implementing proactive solutions.

  • Maintain accurate program documentation, including program files, budgets, and relevant records.

  • Develop & implement communication messages for internal and external audiences, including web , social, and internal channels .

Qualifications

  • Program management- develop and implement a project from start to finish

  • Strong attention to detail, execution, and meeting deadlines

  • 2+ years relevant administrative work or employment in an office setting or non-profit

  • Excellent and timely follow-up on commitments and projects

  • Strong w riting skills for effective blogs, articles , stories and other communication

  • Passion for continuous improvement and making a difference

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $51,700 -- $140,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
