What you'll do Mars Health and Wellness (HandW) is a collection of Business Units that house fast growing, insurgent brands such as KIND, Nature's Bakery, and  tru fru. Health and Wellness is investing substantially to maintain the trajectory of our hyper growth Brands and will continue to increase as the result of the platforms acquisitions.

As the Business Relationship Manager (Digital Technologies Business Partner) you will be a trusted partner to the tru fru teams in all aspects related to digital technology which includes end user technologies, enterprise planning, data, integration, architecture, automation, etc. The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will be responsible for establishing, managing, and maintaining strategic relationships with internal customers in tru fru, as well as acting as a liaison between Health and Wellness (HandW) IT Team and end-users. At a broader level, the BRM will be a facilitator for the execution of Digital Roadmap and associated Portfolio for tru fru in collaboration and guidance from Health and Wellness Platform/DT Teams.

Responsibilities * The Business Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the alignment between H and W IT and all Business departments via a single point of focus in IT who will be charged with supporting the end users. * This will include managing project request intake and supporting escalation on outstanding service requests. * The BRM will also support the Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Management, IT Governance, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Change Management capabilities to ensure that all business needs, including future-oriented strategic developments, are balanced, and prioritized to ensure benefits are accrued. * Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize technology investments and provide insights to HandW IT leadership. - Technology Innovation Intake: Assist Business and IT leaders with the development and support of new business capabilities through technology solutions to meet evolving business requirements, which have a return on investment * Define the initiative's business objectives via business cases in collaboration with HandW IT leads, analyze current work processes pertaining to these objectives, identify areas for process changes, research and recommend viable technology solutions, develop project cost estimates, and document the initiatives cost justification or ROI (Return of Investment) * Recommendations will be reviewed and approved by the appropriate IT Governance Committee comprised of members...
