The Business Data Analyst is part of the department Finance and Analytics Team reporting directly to the Business Intelligence Manager. The Data and Analytics Team is responsible for supporting financial, clinical, education, and research operations across the department. This position will work closely with stakeholders to support their data needs for various projects and programs. It is essential that this position is able to support the entirety of the analytical process, from asking questions to understand the requirements, developing and validating data, to presenting the final findings upon completion. This role requires possessing and developing the strong technical skills required to develop, review, validate, and analyze the data stakeholders need.Candidates for this position should have excellent team work skills, a commitment to customer service, demonstrate strong internal motivation, willingness to learn, and possess excellent technical skills.
