Frequently Available Entry-Level Full-Time Opportunities: Specimen Processor, Clinical Lab Assistant, Lab Accessioner, Patient Advocate, Research Associate, Reimbursement Specialist, Order Intake Associate, Lab Tech SPECIMEN PROCESSOR: * Responsibilities * Prepares for testing * Verify patient identifiers on the sample and the test request form. * Enters data into a lab information system. * Identify, resolve and document exceptions and discrepancies. * Qualifications * Minimum education: high school diploma LAB TECH: * Responsibilities * Complying with the laboratory's technical, administrative and safety policies and procedures. * Participating in the laboratory's quality assurance plan, adhering to quality control and preventive maintenance policies, and appropriately documenting these activities. * Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Operating high-performance liquid handling robots. * Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory/medical technology science. BILLING SUPPORT CLERK: * Responsibilities * Process appeals, return mail and fax correspondence, route phone calls, resolve claim errors, and initiate bills for patient copays and deductibles. * Post explanations of benefits, electronic remittance, and patient checks to individual accounts in the billing system. * Interact with patients, clinicians, insurers, and internal management in a timely and professional manner. * Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED
