Automation Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician to perform field service operations of all mechanical and electrical issues of warehouse automated systems The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and programming troubleshooting, with experience in automation systems.
Responsibilities
Perform system troubleshooting and resolution for innovative systems (AMR, G2P, P2G, etc).
Provide mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting.
Perform planned maintenance procedures on systems as scheduled.
Conduct small scope mechanical installations depending on the project.
Participate in installation supervision, system controls, and/or system programming procedures.
Maintain a neat and orderly shop and vehicle utilizing 6S methodology.
Essential Skills
3 -5 years of mechanical, electrical, and automation experience in automated systems is preferred.
Robotics experience is a plus.
High degree of communication and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret mechanical, electrical, and/or programming information in service manuals.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Knowledge of AMR, G2P, P2G, or other automation systems is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Educational training can be included in the required experience.
Aptitude and ability to apply logic and constructive thinking to solve problems.
Work Environment
The role involves working onsite at client locations, with travel up to 25% or as needed. Shifts are with some weekend/night work required. The work environment includes office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities. This is a Permanent position based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Sunday through Thursday, 12 PM to 9 PM + some OT
