What You'll Do: * Responsible for managing dispatching and routing tasks, maintaining effective communication with drivers and customers, and optimizing service delivery and operational performance. * Serve as the liaison between drivers, sales, and customers. Maintain effective communication with drivers to ensure adherence to routes and address any issues that arise. * Identify and address recurring issues by analyzing trends and collaborating with other departments to implement effective solutions. Handle special orders and provide routing support as needed. * Foster a positive work environment by supporting programs that embody core values and enhance employee satisfaction. What You'll Bring: * 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred * 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics * Proficient in dispatch routing software * Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements, work Environment and shifts: * Warehouse Environment, standing and walking for most of the day * Regular lifting of up to 50lbs * Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday, Flexibility to work beyond standard hours as needed. * Requires punctual regular, and reliable on-site attendance * We reimburse for steel toe shoes up to $150 Why work for Codale Electric Supply?
