Employer has an immediate opening for a meat cutter/grinder/meat wrapper. This position will start at \$15.00 an hour or DOE. Experienced applicants will discuss experience and qualifications for wage determination. Otherwise, applicants new to this line of work will be trained by employer and incremental wage increases will be based on ability to learn quickly, dependability, observance of safety protocols, attentiveness to details, efficiency, and eagerness to learn. Job duties include but are not limited to : handling of knives and various machinery used in meat cutting such as meat saws, operating vacuum sealer, grinder for trim for burger, cutting meat (beef and/or wild game), preparation of specific cuts per job order, clean up, dump runs, (must have valid drivers license) Must be 18 to operate machinery. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds on a continuous basis.
