Help us drive energy transformation on a production basis, performing moderate mechanical assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assembling structures according to engineering specifications, utilizing hand tools and portable power tools.

Job Summary: The Installation Supervisor manages all on-site installations. The Install Department works with Medium and Heavy-Duty transportation vehicles, performing modifications and fuel system installations to engineered specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate efforts of all on-site installations and deliveries
• Ensure safe working environment for all employees and maintain 100% monthly safety training
• Supervise Installation employees and maintain ADP time verification and approvals
• Perform quarterly performance reviews
• Measure and improve installation processes and procedures
• Utilize Lean principles, champion efforts for continuous improvement
• Monitor Installation material availability for NOR and PSG Installations
• Develop workforce, ensuring effective training
• Ensure proper financial transactions take place for invoicing by recording weekly installation VIN’s on monthly tracking sheet and IFS job closures
• Maintain line efficiency by using the schedule & employee moves to support weekly commits
• Communicate installation schedules internally and track progress, maintain and update dates in ERP system
• Track and report monthly KPI data
• Assist with Mid Build & Final inspections as needed
• Work effectively with Engineering, Materials, Production and Sales personnel
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others and perform well in a team environment
• Automotive aftermarket or OEM modification
• Ability to read and interpret product specifications, procedures and standards
• Ability to analyze problems, work independently as well as in a team environment, and organize and execute multiple work tasks simultaneously
• Ability to lead a team effectively
Credentials and Experience
• Two years of automotive/managerial experience preferred
• High School Diploma and/or a commensurate combination of education & experience required
