Description

Our client provides broadband and backhaul capacity to ISPs allowing internet access on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. They are carrier/telecom company. This is not an enterprise customer, therefore this person will not have a conventional cisco background . This person will likely come from a carrier like a Windstream, Frontier, Lumen, Spectrum , ATT etc. This person will be a jack of all trades . Because of the size of the organization they work is not really divided into several teams. Instead this person will be asked to wear a few different hats.

Because they provide the "pipe" for these ISPs there is very little routing or complex configurations. This person will need to be able to take the specs and set up the equipment to meet the need and then troubleshoot issues. This will NOT be a super fast paced environment but because this organization is flat-it can require some in depth understanding.
