Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and staff.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Analyze production data and generate reports for management.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

  • Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices.

  • Manage budgets and control costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
