Our client is seeking a candidate to prepare design and construction documents for presentation to their clients for the purpose of bidding and construction.

Salary is $60K+ DOE - will pay more for a truly experienced candidate. Solid benefits package. Direct placement opportunity.

• minimum 2+ years experience• minimum of Bachelors degree and licensed in the state of Maryland• experience with computer aided design (preferably AutoCad or REVIT)
