Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry located in Salinas, California, 93905, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems and databases. Key responsibilities include verifying and organizing information, performing data cleanup tasks, and ensuring data integrity and security.

Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data within our systems and databases

• Verify and organize information to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Perform data cleanup tasks to maintain the quality and reliability of data

• Ensure data integrity and security to protect sensitive information

• Use skills in Filing, Data Entry, and Document Scanning to perform tasks

• Work efficiently under minimal supervision to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

• Support our organization's operational efficiency and decision-making processes through accurate data entry and management. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industries

• Proven experience with Document Scanning and Filing

• Proficiency in using data entry software and tools

• Strong typing speed and accuracy

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Willingness to comply with all company policies and regulations

• Familiarity with medical terminologies is a plus.
