Job Title: Security Guard

Duties:\ - Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment\ - Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence\ - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activities\ - Conduct security checks of individuals, vehicles, and bags as required\ - Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action according to established protocols\ - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities\ - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary\ - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns

- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally\ - Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and best practices\ - CPR and first aid certification\ - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\ - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

The security guard duties and responsibilities may include the following:

• being a visible authoritarian figure capable of deterrence
• doing rounds of all areas of the property
• guarding high-traffic areas and monitoring all visitors
• checking the identification or passes of visitors or issuing them passes
• performing routine inspections in the areas they are guarding
• securing specific areas during maintenance work and emergencies
• staying alert and observant, and reporting suspicious activities
• informing the police about the criminal incidents
• summoning the paramedics/fire/police in case of emergency\'s
• assist night auditor with inventory
• take care of guest requests as needed
• communication with guests on noise complaints
• clean public areas as necessary
• secure all doors on the property.
• empty trash
• advising people about necessary safety precautions
• assist with other items assigned by GM
