We\'re seeking a seasoned professional to lead plan reviews for critical utility and transportation projects on behalf of the City of Salem. What you\'ll do: Review and approve utility and transportation plan sets, ensuring they align with municipal standards and specifications. Manage and oversee plan reviews for both transportation and utility projects, acting as a central point of contact between Otak and the City of Salem. Provide expert technical oversight and mentorship, utilizing your extensive experience to uphold the highest quality of plan reviews and project outcomes. Work closely with a diverse team and the City of Salem, contributing to a broad array of municipal infrastructure projects that make a real difference in the community. What you bring: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred. Minimum 6 years of project management or construction management experience, with a proven track record in plan review for utility and transportation projects. Experience with municipal infrastructure projects and public sector work is a significant plus. Strong leadership and management capabilities with a knack for working independently and making informed decisions. Demonstrated ability to thrive in an interdisciplinary team environment and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
