The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking a Construction Project Manager 3 to lead and oversee statewide capital construction projects. In this role, you will collaborate with state agencies, contractors, and design professionals to plan, design, and deliver construction projects that optimize the use of state government facilities. From concept to completion, you\'ll manage budgets, schedules, and expectations to drive successful project delivery. What You\'ll Do: Lead major capital construction projects from planning through occupancy, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timeline goals. Collaborate with state agencies to develop project objectives, design plans, and functional workspaces that support their missions. Oversee contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure high-quality construction and efficient project delivery.
