Both are eligible for a hybrid or full-time remote schedule from anywhere in the state of Oregon with hybrid employees able to report to either our Salem, Bend, or Charleston locations. As one of our our Business Analysts, you will too. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the effective implementation of the agency\'s strategic initiatives for the Oregon Waters and Land Stewardship (OWLS) System. OWLS provides timely and accessible information for DSL staff, customers and stakeholders for increased transparency and communication. The system increases customer self-service capabilities and centralizes data to decrease manual data clean up and entry while connecting processes and centralizing tools for better tracking and reporting of agency revenues and costs. Earn the initial monthly salary range for this position starting at \$5,746 - \$8,831 for employees new to public service. After 6 months, you will receive a 6.95% increase with 6% going to your PERS retirement. Current PERS employees start at the monthly range of \$6,143 - \$9440.
