The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the effective implementation of the agency\'s strategic initiatives for the Oregon Waters and Land Stewardship (OWLS) System. OWLS provides timely and accessible information for DSL staff, customers and stakeholders for increased transparency and communication. The system increases customer self-service capabilities and centralizes data to decrease manual data clean up and entry while connecting processes and centralizing tools for better tracking and reporting of agency revenues and costs.
