Day to Day:

Insight Global is hiring an Accounting Specialist for a large medical manufacturing company in Salem, NH. Daily responsibilities may include:

• Accounts Payable tasks -- check runs to pay suppliers or wiring payments

• Accounts Receivable tasks -- Order invoicing to collect shipment documents

• Transforming documents into invoices for customer

• Detailed bank reconciliations

• Basic accounting clerical tasks

• Office administration tasks

• Doing basic to intermediate work in MS Excel

Skills and Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree

3+ years of Accounting experience in a corporate/high volume environment

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience

Bank and balance reconciliations experience

General clerical accounting skills

Moderator-Advanced MS Excel

Pivot tables, V-lookup's, etc.

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to be independent and a go-getter mentality ERP System Experience -- Oracle or SAP

Microsoft Dynamics experience

IFS experience (International Financial Reporting Standards)

Large enterprise experience null
