This is a full-time position with a range of pay depending on experience of $20-$40 an hour flat rate.

We are looking for Dealership Experienced Automotive Technicians and/or BMW enthusiasts who are a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 BMW certified. Our Ideal Candidate Qualities Include:

• Prior BMW or dealership experience is preferred OR completion of an automotive program. UTI Fasttrack and STEP Students are encouraged to apply.

• Passionate about the brand and eager to pursue a career with us.

• Desire to improve constantly and grow in your skills with training

• Must be ambitious and a self-starter

• Adept at navigating technology and keeping up to date with industry trends

• ASE certified is preferred but not required.

• Valid Driver's license in good standing.

• Eager and determined to do quality work and earn customers for life

• Attention to detail and follow safety protocols

• Professional in appearance and communication

  Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail

• Sense of urgency

• Excellent communication

• Competency: Passed manufacturer training and can perform repairs in the following areas with no supervision:

• Lube and Maintenance Services

• Engine Repair

• Suspension/Steering Repair

• Brake Repair

• Electrical/Electrical Systems Repair

• Heating and A/C Repair

• Engine Drivability Diagnosis and Repair (Optional)

• Certification/Training:

• Manufacturer certified in all areas listed above.

• Minimum of 3 ASE certifications

• Automotive Technical Knowledge – Three to five years’ experience
