Trane Technologies PIV Operator, (Power Industrial Vehicle)-2nd Shift in Saint Peters, Missouri

Trane Technologies is looking for PIV, (Power Industrial Vehicle), Operators to join our team on 2 nd shift at our St. Peters, MO location. The PIV equipment used includes: forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and order pickers.

  • Hours for this position will be 2:30 – 11pm

  • Starting pay for this position goes up to $22.50/hour, (based on experience), along with a shift differential

This is a full time, direct hire position with Trane Technologies (not a temp position)

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operates PIV equipment, (forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and order pickers) to load, unload, sort, stack, and stage product

  • Locates and picks material into/out of warehouse racks and between locations

  • Ensure that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition

  • Work with local and regional freight companies

  • Stock and arrange product to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Enters inventory into software system

  • Ensure accuracy of part number, quantity, and other data field entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, and location. Resolves discrepancies as necessary

  • Ensures that pallets are stable, have appropriate height, and are free of damage

  • Prioritizes the timely delivery or removal of designated materials to meet customer needs

  • Performs training, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED not required

  • Some warehouse and forklift experience preferred

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

  • Must have valid driver's license
