Description Position Summary: The Recruiting Manager delivers Goodwill-Easter Seals MN's (GESMN) overall talent acquisition strategy for employees, contractors, interns, and volunteers. This position provides people leadership and operational oversight to the Recruiting team; manages continuous improvement in processes, employment branding, and recruiting strategy; oversees vendor relationships to ensure ROI; ensures compliance of practices and processes; maintains system functionality associated with GESMN's applicant tracking system; and performs full cycle recruiting for select positions. Day in the life: In a typical day, the Recruiting Manager can expect to... Recruiting: Deploy and lead an effective, compliant, and standardized recruiting process across the organization, and perform full cycle recruiting for select leadership roles. People Leadership: Develop and lead the Recruiting team (4 FTE) in effectiveness, performance, and customer service. Relationship Management: Manage relationships, partners, and vendors to ensure team is leveraging services, creating a strong ROI, and creating effective partnerships. Compliance & Reporting: Oversee all aspects of compliance and internal and external reporting for the recruiting function. Job Pay & Perks: This is a hybrid-based role that must be based in the Twin Cities 7 County Metropolitan Area, and must be on-site as business needs dictate. Opportunities for career development and advancement About You: Required Knowledge & Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills with people at all levels and with internal and external organizations. A passion for and experience with diversity hiring and delivering a superior candidate experience Expert knowledge in full life-cycle recruitment, including thorough pre-qualification screening, interviewing, and closing professional level candidates across multiple levels and disciplines Knowledgeable of social media strategies and employment branding. Well-versed in vendor partnerships and management. Experience leveraging tools with demonstrated knowledge of creative and effective candidate sourcing methods. Strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to partner with leaders. Working knowledge of employment laws, specifically impacting the recruitment and selection process Work experience within an OFCCP-mandated environment or similar. Prior Experience & Education: 3+ years of people management experience required. 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required. Program management experience in designing and/or optimizing recruiting processes required. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
