Quality Control Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products following cGLP and cGMP standards.

• Adhere to and revise SOPs, testing methods, and approved lab procedures as necessary.

• Work with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of testing and product releases.

• Coordinate material flow with Planning and Scheduling departments.

• Investigate and document non-conformance issues, identifying root causes and potential solutions.

• Organize, file, and archive quality and process documentation in both physical and digital formats.

• Accurately document processes, product quality, and test outcomes.

• Promptly communicate any quality issues or concerns to relevant team members.

• Efficiently manage time and assigned projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.

• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within the personal care, pharmaceutical, or related industries.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
