Aerotek Production Manager in Saint Paul, Minnesota

HIRING FOR A PRODUCTIONS OPERATIONS MANAGER ON 1ST SHIFT! DIRECT PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITY!

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to production teams, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to industry standards.

  • Supervise and develop three Manufacturing Supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.

  • Champion a culture of quality, safety, and compliance with cGMPs and GDPs.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Troubleshoot issues, lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, R&D, and Project Management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of leadership in a cGMP setting, or associate’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • 5+ years in operations/plant management.

  • 2+ years in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $135000.00

o Salary Adjustments

 annual increases for meeting or exceeding job performance

o Holiday Pay:

 1-5 years = 80 hours 6-11 years = 120 hours 12-25 years = 160 hours 25+ = 200 hours

o Continuing education plan/tuition assistance:

 The company will provide educational assistance in the form of reimbursement to eligible employees up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, for coursework at a degree or certificate granting institution at either high school, vocational, college or graduate level
