Oracle Product Strategy & Management Director – Originations and Collections in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Job Description
In this role you will work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for US banking. As a member of the product strategy team for Oracle Banking solutions, you will contribute to the definition of product specifications and strategy to enable complete lending capabilities for our solution especially around origination and servicing (including collections) of loan products such as personal loans (secured, unsecured, debt consolidation), auto loans (direct and indirect lending), lines of credit, HELOC, student loans, and business loans (term loans, working capital loans, SBA loans, equipment financing, leasing etc.). Knowledge of US regulations and compliance around these products is required as you will need to define product specifications around functionality and compliance.
You will also be required to support sales and pre-sales teams in business development opportunities. You will need to initiate and foster relationships with other groups to ensure a holistic development of the lending product line. You will also review product documentation and collateral to ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Responsibilities
Provide consistent high quality and innovative leadership on lending product solutions by interacting with various stakeholders within Oracle and partners / clients when necessary. This includes loan originations, loan servicing, collections and recovery.
Be a banking expert on loans and trusted advisor to the product organization by effectively influencing decisions across all software development life cycle stages.
Analyze and understand customer management, all the various types of loans common in the North American market including regulatory practices. Have in depth knowledge of US Regulations around these products.
Translate the above banking areas into business requirement documents for development.
Knowledge of corporate loans and commercial loans such as Bridge loans, construction loans, commercial real estate loans, trade finance loans, invoice financing/factoring, and syndicated loans would be an added advantage
Knowledge of facility management, limit management, loan pools, securitization etc. would help.
Effectively apply Oracle’s methodologies, policies, and procedures.
Develop and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations, present and articulate product features, and benefits, and configure and test the overall solution that delight prospects and clients
Demonstrate strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, partners, customers, and senior management.
Require business, product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to customer management, and lending
Effectively manage budget, scope, schedule, resources, and quality throughout development by analyzing factors that influence outcomes such as risk, issues, and dependencies.
Plan, manage and communicate the progress of projects, project achievements and maintain project status.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and compliance with internal processes and procedures.
Support the business development effort for new & expansion opportunities through scoping, solutioning & presentations.
Promote knowledge by sharing lessons learned, innovations or new skills with team members

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
