Position Summary: Ergotron acquired Enovate Medical in late 2023 and is seeking a product manager to oversee the end-to-end product management activities for the Enovate family of hard goods solutions. The Product Manager must develop a deep understanding of the Enovate products, customer needs, and financials, and will identify strategies to both retain customers and improve profitability. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining KPIs for the Enovate hard goods portfolio, conducting regular reviews to assess performance against expectations and ensure actions are being taken to meet business objectives. This role will be the focal point for the Enovate product and market knowledge and is critical to the strategic growth of Ergotron and its presence in healthcare. This role will initially have a US focus but may expand to include global responsibilities. Position Responsibilities: Develop a deep understand of current and future generation offerings to grow market share and profitability Direct cost reduction projects to enhance profitability Direct pricing strategies to enhance profitability, market share growth and portfolio integration Identify portfolio integration opportunities and associated timelines Establish and maintain a deep understanding of Enovate customer needs and preferences Establish and maintain understanding of US healthcare market, including, but not limited to, trends, customers/personas, needs and buyer journey, price elasticity, competitors, based on sound internal and external insights Develop expert understanding of Enovate product capabilities, specifications, part numbers, BOM s Drive initiatives around business metric improvements, value add improvements, simplification of product offering, and inventory reduction Clear communication to management on issues of concern Manage day to day oversight/guidance related to the Enovate portfolio including; warranty and service policy discussions, quality and customer related issues, continuation engineering/development needs Coordinate with Sales, finance, and operations on product forecasts, volume outlooks, and pricing; to meet revenue and profitability goals Analyze product performance, competitiveness, and trends in the marketplace to develop strategies that ensure financial goals are being met Define product messaging and strategy to enable development and execution of sales, channel, and marketing plans that support business objectives Partner with portfolio and product management to align product roadmaps and growth plans Partner with, enable, and empower sales and channel teams to execute strategies that generate demand and deliver results for the Enovate portfolio Lead regular Enovate portfolio reviews to report on health of business, ensuring a proactive approach is taken to meet or exceed KPIs
