We are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to join a team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role involves supporting multiple Cash Management products, executing operational transactions, and participating in departmental projects. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise and support for Cash Management products, including Concur Expense and Invoice, MasterCard T & E and Disbursement Cards, PrePaid Cards, ACH, Credit Line, and Remote Payment Capture

• Complete system set-up and maintenance for clients

• Research and resolve issues with all Cash Management products

• Monitor supporting General Ledger accounts and clear reconciling items in a timely manner

• Provide training and support on systems to clients as needed

• Participate in the management of assigned departmental projects, adhering to project scope and timelines

• Identify and recommend projects and process improvement opportunities

• Implement identified process improvements and test system enhancements

• Compile and analyze a range of financial data and statistics on a monthly and quarterly basis, and prepare summary reports

• Execute transactions and other operational activity, including processing ACH file requests, reviewing deposits for accuracy, and resolving and processing exceptions

• Provide support in completing daily tasks associated with the Cash Desk and assist with any issues that arise

• Maintain assigned systems by adding/deleting users and modifying systems to accommodate client needs for our products and correspondent banks

• Review and update procedures to ensure documentation is accurate and current.

Please note that this role is a contract to hire position and requires skills such as Automate Processes, Process Payments, EFT Payments, Check Deposit, Check Processing, Account Reconciliation, Bank Account Reconciliation, Expense Account, and Expense Reconciliation.

Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial operations or related roles

• Demonstrated ability to automate processes to enhance efficiency

• Proven experience in processing payments, including EFT payments

• Familiarity with check deposit and check processing procedures

• Excellent skills in account reconciliation, including bank account reconciliation

• Experience in managing and reconciling expense accounts

• Proficiency in expense reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred.
