An employer is looking for a Data Solutions Analyst for one of our top Utility clients in the Nation. This person is going to be the face of the Enterprise Data organization when it comes to working with the business and helping them consult on technical solutions based on their current requests. We are looking for someone who can go beyond gathering requirements and really be a trusted partner to the business to consult on suggestions based on what they are looking to accomplish and delivering on what they need not just what they are asking for. You will have time to come in and understand the data environment as it stands as well as understanding some current solutions. This is an exciting time to join the Data organization as there are a lot of projects and requests coming from the business that need immediate support! Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Data Analyst role

• 3+ years of experience being a partner to stakeholders and expertise around guiding them on solutions

• Enterprise Data domain background

• Excellent requirement gathering abilities specifically in the data domain

• In-depth technical understanding of Data Warehouse concepts

• Experience working within a matrixed environment

• Ability to coach, mentor and own the room with Business customers null
