Position Summary Beacon's Hill's client based in Saint Paul, MN is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will lead their Customer Support and Design teams, while driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in overseeing customer support operations, leading marketing strategies, and supporting sales efforts to achieve business goals. This individual's strategic mindset and leadership will guide teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and contribute to growth. This position is direct-hire role with expectations of being fulltime onsite based in Saint Paul, MN. Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Support
  • Manage the Customer Support Team, overseeing onboarding of new customers and order entry.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Leader to ensure timely delivery, manage capacity, and address production and delivery challenges.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  1. Leadership
  • Embody and promote company values and vision.
  • Communicate frequently with your team, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability.
  • Develop and execute departmental and company plans to drive team performance.
  1. Marketing
  • Lead the in-house Design Team and outsourced contractors to support marketing and revenue growth.
  • Oversee brand activities, including social media, web, email campaigns, direct mail, and customer art proofs.
  1. Sales Support
  • Conduct outreach emails and calls, engage with warm leads and current customers, and participate in trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the President to enhance the sales process and assist in closing deals.
  1. Strategic Growth
  • Work with the President, Operations, and Finance Leaders to drive growth through strategic and tactical initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining positive business relationships.
  • Proven experience in managing and training teams to meet high standards.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze customer behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Preferred degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Understanding of P&L and financial decision-making to maintain profitability.

Requirements and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and personal accountability.
  • Experience in managing teams and adhering to company standards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Service Manager or higher.
