Volt Associate I Payroll in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Volt is immediately hiring an Associate I Payroll in SAINT PAUL, Minnesota 55117. As an Associate I Payroll, you will:

  • Responsible for entering and validating payroll information, creating and maintaining payroll files and time record batches, researching, and resolving timecard questions, and participating in special projects.
  • Provide customer service by helping employees and managers with questions via email and phone.
  • Create new hire folders.
  • File paperwork into employee files.
  • Distribute checks and reports to divisional contacts.
  • Work with HR Representatives to resolve employee issues.
  • Participate in special projects.
  • Research and resolve employee related questions/issues.
  • Comply with company policies as well and state/ federal, DOL & SOX regulations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong customer service, attention to details, experience in Excel or Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication demonstrated ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers.
  • 1+ year of general business experience in customer service, call center, and/or in a help desk environment.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM This is a Full-time , Contract opportunity.
