Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will be primarily involved in the processing and management of accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining effective vendor communications.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately perform all functions related to Accounts Payable

• Ensure precise data entry with GL coding and process payments efficiently

• Manage invoice approvals and confirm prices

• Maintain regular communications with new and existing vendors

• Monitor accounts payable sales tax

• Take responsibility for year-end 1099 processing

• Oversee W9 and insurance monitoring

• Reconcile credit card statements regularly

• Organize and maintain electronic files

• Balance out with GL accounts

• Carry out other duties as assigned by management. Requirements

•10+ years of Accounts Payable experience

• A strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Ability to manage Check Runs efficiently.

• Proficiency in Coding Invoices.

• Excellent Data Entry skills are necessary.

• Experience in Invoice Processing is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed.

• Experience in handling Approved Invoices.

• Ability to efficiently Enter Invoices.

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct is a plus.
