Auglaize County Receptionist in Saint Marys, Ohio

Mielke Law Practice is seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the legal office environment and providing exceptional support to both clients and attorney, Steve Mielke. The ideal candidate will possess strong, administrative skills, excellent time management abilities, and a client-focused attitude.

 

Duties include:

  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

  • Manage calendar appointments and scheduling

  • Perform general administrative task such as filing, data entry, & document preparation

  • Provide client support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and order supplies as needed

  • Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative receptionist role is preferred

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in office software applications (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Excellent communication, skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail

  • Experience with Calendar management and scheduling software is advantageous

  • A friendly demeanor with a professional appearance is essential for front desk interactions

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
