Responsibilities:
Lead strategic sales initiatives to grow existing clients and acquire new clients.
Work with design teams to create UI wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Provide product demos and presentations to clients.
Work with Leadership to develop product portfolios for IT Service offerings. Develop a strategy for the implementation and rollout of these service offerings.
Utilize a wide array of analytical and design tools to understand and address the needs of the enterprise (running workshops, stakeholder interviews, secondary research, working with specialists).
Consult with business units to understand current business processes and provide recommendations on how to leverage technology to streamline processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's (BS or BA) Degreeor equivalent job-relatedexperiencerequired;Must have an undergraduate degree in business, management information systems, computer science or equivalent job-related experience. PMI Certification is desired but not required
5+ years of experience in project management of varied complexities and scope
Agile product management experience; Software development experience; Strong experience and understanding of web and mobile development technologies
Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio
Ability to work with business teams to help facilitate change management

Position Summary
The Sr. Product Manager manages a portfolio of products throughout each product lifecycle. This position will collaborate with business stakeholders to define the vision and scope of each product, develop a roadmap, and identify key measures of success. This individual will serve in a cross-functional role, executing project management, and leading the execution and delivery of assigned projects and defining the process and procedures for the business analysts. This position will also be responsible for the design of complex transformational strategies and maximizing the business value of products, managing major product lines, and bringing those products to market.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Product Management
Own the entire SDLC process for strategic client projects
Lead strategic sales initiatives to grow existing clients and acquire new clients
Run requirement gathering workshops with strategic clients
Coach and train other Product Managers on best practice
Work with team members to produce estimates for proposals
Create and maintain a product backlog with epics and user stories
Create product roadmaps and release plans
Work with design teams to create UI wireframes, mockups and prototypes
Run agile ceremonies and with globally-distributed team members
Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and development team members
Provide product demos and presentations to clients
Monitor and communicate project health through metrics
Coordinate and run product launch activities
Facilitate product usability testing sessions
Strategic Planning
Work with Leadership to develop product portfolios for IT Service offerings. Develop a strategy for the implementation and rollout of these service offerings.
Utilize a wide array of analytical and design tools to understand and address the needs of the enterprise (running workshops, stakeholder interviews, secondary research, working with specialists).
Network and collaborate with business units in the company to assess needs across the various business units and identify strategic opportunities to consolidate systems and capabilities.
Consult with business units to understand current business processes and provide recommendations on how to leverage technology to streamline processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct Reports
- Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
Indirect Reports
- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Travel and/or Driving Requirements:
- Travel as needed
Minimum Qualifications
The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Must have an undergraduate degree in business, management information systems, computer science or equivalent job-related experience. PMI Certification is desired but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in project management of varied complexities and scope.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
BS or BA degree
Agile product management experience
Software development experience
Strong experience and understanding of web and mobile development technologies
Familiarity with SDLC tooling such as VSTS (AzureDevOps) or JIRA
Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio
Ability to work with business teams to help facilitate change management
Environmental & Physical Requirements:
Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
