Aerotek Senior Production Technician in Saint Louis, Missouri

Aerotek is seeking candidates with any kind of food and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience for a role with a biopharmaceutical manufacturing company in St. Louis. This is a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for career and compensational growth!

Job Description

Employees will be:

· Track MBR reviews and corrections and provide clear guidance to Operations Leadership to support schedule adherence.

· Support Operations Leadership with ancillary tasks such as room/equipment changeover and material transfers.

· Support Operations Leadership with standard work activities such as preventative maintenance, calibrations, logbook reviews, process order closure and PIMS entries.

· Drive continuous improvement approach with all team members through problem solving events, Kaizens and support of system maturity model initiatives.

· Collaborate with team supervisors and team members to improve overall performance of the group.

Skills/Experiences:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in food and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing

  • Previous experience in a GMP-regulated enviornment

  • Good basic math skills

  • Good computer skills

Shifts Available:

6:00am - 6:30pm

  • Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days

6:00am - 6:30pm

  • Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days

Work Environment

Employees will be working in a cleanroom enviornment:

  • Wearing a full gowning suit, which includes a body suit, gloves, hair and beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses

  • Wearing Tyvek, Nitrile, and/or Latex gloves

  • Items/accessories such as makeup, jewelry, nail polish, cologne, and perfume are NOT permitted
