The Independent Testing and Validation (IT&V) organization is responsible for the development and design of methodologies and standards for review activities across the Enterprise in alignment with the Risk Management Framework, and ensuring effective and appropriate testing, validation, and documentation of review activities for risk programs, risks, and controls according to standards and other applicable policies.

The P&G team manages IT&V’s workforce planning, staffing strategy and execution, vendor engagements, programmatic hiring (early and experienced talent programs), aspects of onboarding/offboarding, IT&V workforce reporting, etc.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with various workforce efforts across the P&G team, which includes but not limited to; staffing (full-time employees and contingent resources), budget management assistance, third-party interactions, communications support, procedures documentation, data analysis and storytelling in PowerPoint, collaborating with Recruiting, Human Resources, and other Corporate Risk and enterprise partners.

  • Support strategic staffing and human capital related initiatives consistent with Corporate Risk Strategy, Planning and Governance (SP&G).

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures.

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with recruiting, human resources, staffing and third-party vendors.

  • Project coordination/management experience and/or skills including the ability to manage multiple efforts concurrently, detailed planning, process management and documentation.

  • Workforce planning experience.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills to determine workforce trends, hiring needs, address talent gaps, retention, etc.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) skills.

  • Basic SQL and SharePoint experience.

  • Ability to adhere to confidentiality practices and guidelines.

  • Willingness to collaborate with teammates to ensure appropriate support and coverage.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.

  • Strong relationship management skills.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
